  • Who will handle customs procedures for my shipments?
    In accordance with the content and value of the shipment, customs procedures may vary in different countries. For more information on customs procedures in your country, please contact your local customs office and/or local DHL/TNT call center.     To give a general idea the following list shows a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be exported or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:

    1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, nail polish, perfume - certain countries allow perfume)

    2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)

    3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives, propellants)

    4. Firearm or weaponry accessories including holsters, shoulder straps, gun cases, scopes, laser sites, night-vision sites, bayonets or tactical gear.

    5. Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants and seeds.

    6. Coffee

    7. Perishable foods

    8. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)

    9. Alcohol ( can ship table wine in limited quantities to some countries)

    10. Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers' checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) restricted to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to $500 maximum and any shipments of jewelry in excess of $500 carriage limit is uninsured and Member assumes all risk of loss above such limit

  • How long does the shipment take?
    We ship your packages within 24 hours after you place your shipping order on Boxinus. You will receive your packages within 3-6 business days. You can track your shipments through under 'Outgoing Shipments' menu.
  • Do I have to get a new U.S. Address every time I order something?
    No, your mailbox ID is unique and fixed. However, for us to better track your shipments within US, we suggest you to get an address from your account each time you place an order which includes a new maibox ID for your shipment. Mailbox ID will be automatically added to your address for your convenience. Just copy and paste your new address with the shipping ID as your new address for your orders.

  • Can I consolidate my shipments to save on shipping charges
    Yes. stores members' packages for 75 days for free. Package storage period can not exceed 75 days. At the end of 75 days, 3 storage notices will be sent to the customer via e-mail and SMS. The packages stored for more than 75 days will be disposed 10 working days after the first notice with a disposal notification.
  • Can you repack my packages to save on shipping costs?
    Yes. We can repack your overly packed packages to optimize shipping costs. This way you can consolidate or rearrange your multiple packages into one or more packages.
  • What if retailers send me catalogs and promotional mails?
    If retailers send you catalogs and promotional mails without your knowledge, we will notify you by e-mail. If you wish to receive these catalogs or promotional mails, we will enter these items to your mailbox as new packages and send them to you as you place your shipping order.
  • Can I return the items I purchased?
    Yes. Simply contact the retailer you have purchased the item from for all exchanges and returns. You can use your U.S. address to receive your refund checks. Item exchanges and returns are between you and the retailer and Boxinus does not take any responsibility for these transactions. However, we can assist you to return the items you have purchased. Our colleagues in U.S. office could return your package to the seller with its invoice attached, using return label, if any.     You can always use ‘Buy For Me’ service to shop online from the merchants those do not accept international credit cards issued by non-U.S. banks.
